Hi Joanna and the rest of you Heides guys!!! You know, last year (five years out of my mastectomy) I discovered you online. I was in the market for my first post-op swimsuit, and was very anxious about the whole prospect. But then I began to work with you and your bunch, and I ended up with a fantastic swimsuit that I am secure in and proud to wear.

In this, my sixth year out, I needed new bras, so I went right back to Heide’s. I was stunned by the selection! The one shop near me that is authorized by my insurance company has two styles in the colors nude and white. When I got to Heide’s, I didn’t know where to start! I also was pretty sure I had a fit problem, but I didn’t know how we were going to figure that out online.

Well! Thanks to all your patience, and your great talent for getting a sense of me and a person and the kind of life I lead as well as a customer, I now have a wardrobe of lovely bras in several styles and a bunch of colors. And they fit!! I had always thought that in 42D the authorized “in person” fitters gave me kept me flat on the surgery side and therefore out of balance. You worked for weeks with me, never growing impatient, always coming up with a new idea or style, until we settled on a 40C. What comfort! And what an esteem booster to look in the mirror and see that I look pretty much the same on both sides. I never thought I’d see that again. As a new patient you don’t know what to expect, and when you got for a fitting, you assume she knows what she’s doing. But that dream only came true when I began working with you.

From now on you can count on me as a faithful customer. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for my mastectomy needs. You are just the best.

Sorry it has taken so long to get back with you. I want to personally thank you, and this is the best I can do without meeting you face to face.

You have made my trip to the Caribbean such a worry free and comfortable one. It is hard to form this letter of thanks and overwhelming gratitude, without a tear in the eye, full of sentiment that you can't begin to read.

I really love the three swim suits I purchased from you. They were wonderful, and so did I feel wearing them.

You went way out of your way to accommodate me, and for this I am amazed. It was as if you felt my inner pain and misery. I have never felt more at ease to be myself in all of my existence.

I would love to have your serviceable help in the future. Also, it would please me if you were to stay in touch with me as I conquer my future life and dive into a new year. May your entire life be filled with many blessings.
