The Lake Superior Dragon Boat Festival is an annual fundraising event organized by the Superior Rotary Club and Duluth's Harbortown Rotary Club. The race is held in the Superior Bay off Barker’s Island in Superior, Wisconsin and includes a traditional dragon boat race as well as a host of other exciting and entertaining festivities.
